As we saw in our About Us section, the DuPage Homeowners Authority was created partly in response to the clear need for help, training, and general consultation on how to properly manage a homeowners or neighborhood association. The development of services for individual homeowners was also a consideration when the organization was founded.
Tradition
A key part of our mandate is to preserve and protect the history and traditions of our local communities. Thus our strategy when providing consulting services is to focus not on dissolving and replacing the various homeowners and neighborhood associations scattered around DuPage County, but on finding solutions to help preserve and maintain existing associations that have helped keep these communities together.
